You Are Not the Only One
Many of us have spent years feeling different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like we somehow missed the instruction manual.
For some, that journey leads to a late diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or neurodivergence. For others, it begins with the unexpected changes that come with perimenopause or menopause. And for many, it's simply a growing desire to understand ourselves with more compassion and less self-criticism.
Too sensitive.
Too emotional.
Too scattered.
Too much.
Not enough.
These are the stories many of us have carried about ourselves for years.
But what if the problem was never that you needed fixing?
What if what you've needed all along was understanding?
This is a space for learning, reflection, connection, and self-discovery. Through conversations about neurodivergence, menopause, self-compassion, and emotional wellbeing, we're building a community where people can feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.
Whatever brought you here, you're welcome.
I'm glad you're here.
Why I Created This Space
I'm Karelin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, meditation teacher, educator, podcast host, and lifelong learner.
For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through life's challenges, transitions, and moments of growth. Along the way, I've become especially passionate about helping people understand themselves with greater compassion and curiosity.
Like many of the people I work with, my own journey has included discovering new pieces of myself later in life. Experiences with neurodivergence, midlife changes, and the ongoing process of self-discovery have deepened both my personal understanding and the way I approach my work.
Over the years, I've noticed something important: many of us spend far more energy trying to fix ourselves than understanding ourselves.
What if we approached ourselves differently?
What if we met our struggles with curiosity instead of criticism?
What if we learned to see our experiences through a lens of compassion rather than shame?
Through my podcast, meditations, educational content, and future community offerings, my hope is to create a place where people can learn, connect, and feel a little less alone in whatever they're navigating.
Thank you for being here. I'm grateful our paths crossed.
